Serving clients in both California and Nevada, Christina has exclusively worked as a defense attorney since she was first admitted to the practice of law almost a half-decade ago. She graduated cum laude from the William S. Boyd School of Law and has served as both a conflict attorney and a part time public defender for the Eighth Judicial District Court. In addition to DUI matters, Christina has defended clients charged with everything from speeding to first degree murder. No matter what the forum, Christina places her client at the center of her representation and makes the client a full partner in the defense effort. Outside of work, Christina enjoys serving her community as a volunteer member of the San Francisco Fire Department Neighborhood Emergency Response Team ("SFDNERT") which trains civilians in search and rescue techniques.STAFF Robert Beam Director Client Services In any game, there is no better advantage than having the other team’s playbook. Robert Beam our Director of Client services brings exactly that to the table. Mr.Beam is a former L.A. County Sheriff and was with the force for 10 years, 5 of those years were spent as a training officer. Mr. Beam trained officers how to identify persons that we under the influence of alcohol and drugs. In his vast experience, Roberts DUI arrests led to drug possession charges that stemmed from the original stop for DUI. Additionally, Robert was often called upon to be acting Sergeant. As acting Sergeant he approved arrests DUI’s etc. for other officers on the shift and read and approved their arrest report. If the arresting officer made any mistakes Mr. Beam’s expertise will often allow him to spot it in the police reports. He routinely has the ability to point out the errors that arresting officer’s make during Los Angeles DUI arrests. To add to this already extensive experience, Robert, trained new street officers how to spot, field test and arrest for DUI as well as testify in court on those dui arrests. He worked in a federal funded DUI car where the only objective was to arrest DUI drivers and get convictions in court. If you did not produce you were out of the program.
